Controlling Port Modes in Cambrionix Hubs

With Cambrionix range of hubs, you have the option of changing the modes of the port individually to give you more control over the hub, and port, usage. There are four modes in which a port can be set to:

SyncTurn specific ports or the whole hub to charge mode (data lines open but hub emulates an OEM charger for charging)
ChargeTurn specific ports or the whole hub to sync mode
BiasedDetect the presence of a device but it will not sync or charge it
OffTurn specific ports on or off or switch the whole hub on or off (no power and no data channels open, mimics unplugging the device)

To change the mode of any port while using Cambrionix Connect​

  1. Navigate to 'Hubs in the navigation panel
  2. Select the hub
  3. Tick appropriate ports you wish to change (or ‘Select All’)
  4. Select new port mode from available drop-down
