LEDs Not Changing When Device is Fully Charged

If the LEDs on your Thundersync3-16 do not automatically change when the device is fully charged this could be caused by the device charging level not dropping below the ‘charged threshold’.

This can be amended by going into the hub settings and increasing the ‘charged threshold’ level. We have found more recent tablets tend to draw more current so increasing it to 250mA should resolve this issue.

To access the hub settings:

1. Click on ‘Hubs’ on the menu bar

2. Click on your Thundersync3-16

3. Click on the Settings cog highlighted below

4. Click the down arrow next to the ‘Charged Threshold’ setting to see and then amend the value:

5. Change this value to 250

6. Scroll down and click ‘Apply’
