Cambrionix Connect Update
Cambrionix Connect has recently been updated, and there are a few important changes to how it works.
The main update is that the web browser version of Connect is now required to download and use the Hub API. When you log in for the first time, you will undergo a new onboarding process. This will guide you to download and install the Hub API and register your computer with your organisation.
Once the API is installed and your computer is registered, you will be able to access all the Connect features. This includes remote management of hubs, which allows you to manage all the hubs in your organisation from any computer or device. This means a single IT administrator can centrally manage all computers and hubs.
If you are having trouble signing up, it is likely because your email address has not been verified. Once you verify your email, the remaining fields will become available so you can complete the sign-up process.
Please note that each computer can only be registered to one organisation at a time. If you need to assign a computer to a different organisation, you must first unregister it from the current one.
Also, the old downloadable version of Connect will be phased out. A new, simpler version of the application will be made available in the future, which will not require signing in or an internet connection.
