The ThunderSync5-C16 PD is a smart USB hub used to connect and charge multiple USB devices such as mobile phones, tablets, and any other device with a USB connection. It has 16 downstream ports (USB Type-C) so you can charge and connect multiple devices at the same time.

Cambrionix software is designed to work with different types of operating systems such as Mac, Windows and Linux so the hub can be integrated into any system architecture. Using a Thunderbolt™ 5 connection, the ThunderSync5-C16 PD connects to your setup and can be managed with Cambrionix software.

The ThunderSync5-C16 PD can deliver up to 15 W of charging power per port (standard charging), with USB Power Delivery support for higher power where supported by the device. This allows mobile devices to be charged quickly, safely and reliably.

When a local (host) computer is connected, the host can connect to any USB device and control the operation of the ports using Cambrionix software or your own application. Device charging can be monitored through Cambrionix Connect, the Application Programming Interface (API) or Command Line Interface (CLI). Cambrionix monitoring and control software can be found on connect.cambrionix.com.

The ThunderSync5-C16 PD works with a variety of software such as Apple Configurator, Apple Provisioning Utility, GroundControl, JAMF and many more.
